Nikolaos Neoklis Kyriakoudis, a professional speaker/trainer embarked on a mission to blend his passion for board and video games with his extensive experience in educating young adults to enhance their communication, social, and work skills. This idea was sparked by nearly two decades of teaching at the Technological University of Thessaloniki and in multinational corporations, primarily to adults aged between 20 and 30. He observed a prevalent lack of social and interactive skills among many of his trainees and recognized the lasting impact that his training had on them.
During the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic, Nikolaos came to appreciate the significance of gatherings with friends and family, which were often taken for granted. This newfound appreciation ignited the concept of writing a book that would blend family time with improving social skills. With the guidance of a clinical pediatric psychologist Radu Goza, the idea was molded into “Adventuring Family,” a book designed to facilitate quality family time while imparting crucial life lessons to the children in the family. Nikolaos sees this book as his modest contribution to making the world a better place for children.
